You could have had either a migraine or a viral infection. If blood work had been done, it would be easier to tell if it was an infection. Temperature elevations are cause by lots of things including trauma and being dehydrated from not being able to drink enough. A viral menigitis is not as much to worrry about as a case of bacterial meningitis. Did you Dr give your a prescription for head aches or did you just get better on your own ?
