I have a niece that is a large animal Vet in Ohio, and I spoke with her regarding the pour-on wormers for cattle being used on goats. She told me that several people on farms near her practice were using it on their cattle, and when they decided to use it on their goats, they met with devastating results! It wreaked havok in their herds, all kinds of problems ranging from nerve damage and paralysis to death. These people were dosing at 2x the cattle ratio, which was 1oz per 100 lbs, and it was too much for the goats system to handle. For me, I will stick with the liquid Ivermectin and leave well enough alone!
