Acetone breath is the way it is described, in does with Ketosis and milk fever. saanendoah.com would be a great start for you in their serious goat stuff.

This article is great and I think Gary has some other postings by Sue Reith in the Goatworld Articles.
With no appetite I would also think along the lines of B1/Thiamin injections. And reinoculating her rumen with Probios. For her breath to be this bad she must also have rumen acidosis, baking soda will help with that also. Check her gums for anemia, and with all this stress a fecal sample for worms. Vicki
