HELLO I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY GOATS.BECOUSE YOU SAID ON THE SHOULER AND SIDES. I PUT UP A HOT WIRE (NOT BARBED) ALL THE WAY AROUND MY PASTURE ABOUT 12 TO 18 INCHES HIGH. AND IT SOLVED THE PROBLEM. THEY MAY BE RUBBING ON THE FENCE OR POSTS. TRY TO KEEP AN EYE ON THEM TO SEE IF THATS WHAT IS HAPPENING.
