Other than keeping the tail tied up in a tailsock, can't think of how to cure this once started. We hear about this every once in awhile, and if your goat has feed and hay in front of her and access to the horses minerals, wouldn't really think it is pica. Probably boredom or perhaps her way at getting back at the horse, or the way they play. Vicki
