I would worm, just because of the stress of all of this. Maybe call the 911 site, try to find someone with goats in your area to look at her feet. Trim her feet really close, till you get pin droplets of blood, checking between her toes really carefully. Was she sick 3 weeks ago when she went down on her knees? Laminitis/founder causes severe heat in the hooves, you can sometimes feel ridges in the outside of the hooves. When you trim her feet, see if they smell, this would be foot rot. When you trim you can sometimes see the parts of the hoof ruined from founder, looks like resin. Vicki
