In my opinion goats have probably been seen eating the paper labels off cans and so some one thought they were trying to eat the can. Since goats use their lips like we use fingers, to check out how things feel they tend to pick up things and nibble on clothing and other things to see how it feels. I have been told that goats will try to eat most anything made from wood and thats why they will eat paper. Have fun showing off your goats and answering questions.
