I would first take his temp to be sure he's not running a fever which would indicate infection somewhere...also have a fecal sample checked before you start giving anything, so you know if it's coccidiosis or something else. Listen to his lungs also for signs of pneumonia. If he's raspy or wheezy along with the snotty nose, I'd suggest Penicillin or SMZ-TMP perhaps for for 5-7 days. Sometimes just the drastic change in environment and feed can trigger something. If he's 8 weeks or older, giving some Probiotics for rumen stability should help too.
