Are you sure you're not dealing with Listeria? I know that we had some sheep that got it - same kind of symptoms - circling, paralysis in one side, head tilted, off feed. We gave them a Thamine (sp?) shot (I believe that its a B1 vitamin), and keep a close watch on them, and slowly they recorvered. Think other names for this disease are "goat polio" and "circling disease."
Does he have a high temp? How long has he been off? Did he get a CD& T shot earlier in life?
You should get ahold of a vet that is familar with goats ASAP.
