Yes,.... extra teats are common on the boers and the boer crosses. Over a yr ago there was a great discusion and a debate on chevontalk, on egroups about the 4 teat and 3 teat issue. it was at the point that some breeders were working towards not allowing in shows or the breed registery, now i forgot which one, the IBGA or The IBGA, whichever, but it was very interesting. I had boers a few yrs back and had a doe with 3 teats. i also have seen on does finger teats or little teats protrucing at the top of the one teat. and.... there was actually one person on chevon who believed in their research of the problem that this was a thorwback to the breeding of the boer in Africa with the Nubians there.
