Late last fall (the OTHER notorious allergy season!) we had a lot of forest fires in our area and my ladies had a rough time of it. They were in various stages of gestation so I was concerned about giving medication. I finally went to the health food store and asked for allergy medicines that pregnant women could take. I got some allergy drops to be given orally and I gave them the "adult" dose twice daily. I also got a bottle of eye drops and that seemed to help them a lot.
