This is how i would do it, everyone is different so you will get different thoughts on this. if i were to back up the times to 2x's a day i would slowly stagger the times, i would extend the times by say a half hr or hr then to hr or 2 and then back til you get to 12 hrs apart or 10. The reaon i would do it this way is so that it wouldn't be a shock to the goats schedule and timing and hurt her production. If they are heavy milkers this may be difficult as the more you milk, the more demand for milk, the more they will produce. so it might be a little rough on them if they are heavy milkers to adjust, but they should. Well... hope this helps. Just my humble thoughts on the situation.
