Help...

I just noticed today one of my wethers was walking a little strange and stumbled. He is usually always with my doe but off to himself today. He seemed to be climbing ok though. But I did notice onthe back of his front legs the hair is really thin and the skin is red looking. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks in advance....
