Doeling has occasional cramps

Precious is a 12 week old nubian doeling that I 'rescued' at two days old and have been bottle feeding. Once in a while .. maybe every two or three days, Precious will arch her back while standing until her back and front feet are touching. This only lasts a few seconds and there are no other 'symptoms'; looks like she has a momentary 'cramp' in her gut .... then on she goes, happy little doeling. There doesn't seem to be any correlation to feeding time .. or getting up from rest ... or anyhting. Is this something I should be concerned about?
