Salt & Guard Llamas

Can anyone tell me what the best way to offer salt to goats is? Block-
loose in a feeder or top dress the grain ?

Guard Llamas
Are guard llamas as good as guard dogs, Here in Ohio a lot of people
use llamas to guard sheep. What is the difference between the two ??
