I also think it is not unusual to see little clots or blood spots in milk for the first 3 or 4 weeks. If you are going to submit a sample to be tested be sure you have not already started antibiotics. If you start antibiotics you are more or less"shooting in the dark" and would just be lucky to hit on the antibiotic it is sensitive to. If you suspect mastitis send the sample as soon as possible as it takes more than a week to grow a culture and test to see which antibiotic will be effective.
