No everyone is not going to band them :) This banding technique is only for older gaots. If you band a young kid, yes it will take off the nubby end, but the horn will continue to grow only with a flat end! Disbudding is the only logical mangement if you don't want horns. Banding is a much better alternative than surgical removal, if you already have goats with horns.
