Oh, gosh, I would have to ask the vet or Lucille for sure but I think it was 1 cc. I have talked with several people since I used it and seems like most everyone has excellent results with it. I understand that it will have no effect on the doe or babies if she happens to already pg. Seems like after that first freshening there usually isn't a problem, but that isn't always the case. You would have to get it from a vet so they could tell you for sure the dosage. Kay : Since several folks have asked me about this, I am sure they would like your input also. Vicki
