U.S. Goat Milk Market

I would like to know other producers questions, concerns, and knowlage of the Goat Milk industry in the U.S. I am a goat owner in upstate N.Y. with a couple dozen goats and eventually would like to sell wholesale goat milk to a processor. I milked cows (70 head) until finding labor became a major issue. I know own a sawmill and find goats a very pleasurable hobby, but I like to make it more than a hobby and get a return for my investment (in time and money). Within a 50-75 mile radius there is app. 1000 head of goats or more and it would seem like there would be a market for goat milk.
