Post partum bleeding as long as it is not excessive is completely normal. Keep a eye on the doe and as long as she looks like she is doing well and eats well everything should be alright. Vit. K really won't help, though make sure she as access to minerals (ie. bag or block 2:1 minerals.) If the bleeding gets worse and the doe stars to look unthrifty the consult a vet at once.
