Most of the items your asking for seem to be rx by vet only. Don't you have a vet anywhere near that can give you what you need? Have you taken her temp? I don't have alot of knowledge on these things but the forum has helped me alot. With pnuemona I give banamine and nuflor. Both are from the vet. Vicki advised me once to visit a web site that had alot of info. Try it: saanendoah.com. I think you really need to be accurate on her condition before medding up. I have found that her temp, will help you decide on pnuemona. Have you wormed her? I hope someone else gets on here like Vicki and tried to help. You may want to give your email address.
