Sick doe

I have a sick doe. Not sure what the issue is yet, but she gave birth to a buckling and a doeling two weeks ago. She has been fine until this morning. She lost that gleam in her eye and I had to push her to stand. The main question here is, if she doesn't make it, what can I do for the twins? Feeding that is. How much daily? And what do I feed them? I have plenty of lamb milk replacer for my sheep. Will that work? Please advise.
