"De-wormed or not, I'll bet you that it is a sign of worminess. Suggest you recommend that the goat owner do or have a fecal done. And once a goat is anemic (bottlejaw is the word I've been searching for to describe the loose skin under the neck), it takes a long time to get back healthy red blood cells."

"Try Vit B 12 injections and giving Red Cell orally."
