I would try the terremyacin first. You use very little bb sized amounts, making sure not to swipe the eye with your finger and then putting that same finger back on the tube and infecting it. Be very careful of using anything in the eye that has "sone" or sole at the end, this contains a steriod and if the eyeball is ulcertated, sometimes you can't see this with your naked eye, it will blind the eye permanently.
I would be looking closely at the dam of these kids, for discharge from the vulva. You could also be dealing with chylamidia or mycolplasma. In which case if she does have a milky discharge you could use LA200 as your eyedrops. I actually bought some of the ID-1 that goatworld sells, to use as am eyedrop for our next eye infection or pinkeye outbreak. Vicki
