What breed? Tramisole is one of the more benign bensozoles. It also needs to be used an nearly 3 times the directions for cattle, so 6cc per 100 pounds given orally to goats. In fact Tramisole unless it is Levamisole is not recommend for goats by Texas A&M paristologist. Just so many other good bensozoles on the market. You really aren't discribing bottle jaw, which is a swelling of the entire underside of a goats chin and jaw all the way to the throat, and if you do have bottle jaw you will need to worm again, and this time with a mectin to get these worms. Sounds more like you are dealing with a goiter, and lots of Nubains and now Boers since so many of them are ancestored to Nubians, carry these goiters. We call them a throat latch goiter since it is not related to iodine goiter. Others call them milk goiters, a very common site in well grown very Nubain kids. Vicki
