A wethered animal should be no more agressive then anyone else in your herd. It all depends on how much you work with your animals, and how well they are socalized with people, and other animals. I personally have 2 wethers that drive as a team. They are calm as a cucumber, and very personable. My buck is the friendliest of all, but then again, he gets handled almost daily. It all depends on how much time you're willing to give, and with driving I'm sure you'll be spending alot of time together teaching the little guy not to eat the training harness, and yes, the people are not always at the front of the line. :-)
As for the horns, if they are beyond "nub" length (too big to fit the iron), get ahold of a vet and get them taken care of as soon as possible. The longer you wait, the more tramatic it is to have them removed. At two weeks, they shouldn't be too bad to be removed by a vet, but the chance of having scurs re-occur is high if the vet dosn't burn the horn tissue well. (buck horns seem to be the worst)
