Well.... as the saying goes, "been there... done that!" Last yr we had a few we didn't get to in time so we had the vet come out to surgically remove. they did well afterwards and it wasn't a fortune either. you could try disbudding depending on the size. Alpines seem to grow horns faster. You could also try this method, but only if you are experienced. Nip the buds off then cautarize with iron or burn horn buds to stop bleeding and growth. i hate this method and have only used it a few times.
