Yep both Kaopectate and Peto Bismol can be given to scouring kids. Make sure that it really is from the change of feed and not cocci or worms. 10cc each and can be given every couple of hours to stop them up. It's just like anything else, there really isn't a dosage, more than likely the people dosage is fine. I actually prefer to use probios in adults. Vicki
