Isolate her in a quiet place and see if she reacts to movement. (that's what I have had to do with puppies I am not sure of,cause in with the masses they tend to follow the others and it's hard to tell.)Wave your hand at her face or move a colored scarf sort of out of the corner of her eye and see if she turns to look.I don;t know about blindness in goats,in Collies it is caused by a recessive gene.
