Thanks, Vicki M... I have Sulmet at the house, have avoided using it so far, feel like this poor little thing has been medicated to the gills and I personally am not one to dispense antibiotics without trying other remedies first; since this is only his fourth day on my farm, I was hoping to build his strength back up first. The worst thing is I have YET to tackle cleaning him; tried over the weekend, but his tail is just caked and my animal comb was in the horses tack box where they are boarded; went and bought a new comb yesterday to try to "comb through the ....", but am so afraid of stressing this guy out any more than I am sure he already is! Think I should go ahead and give him the Sulmet? THANKS!
