"GoatWorld 911 Emergency Evacuation Network" |
The "GoatWorld 911 Emergency Evacuation Network" exists to temporarily relocate goats and other livestock to a place of safety in a time of crisis. This network is comprised of persons who have volunteered their help and facilities when disaster strikes and you need to get your animals out of danger immediately. This list is not the same as and should not be confused with the GoatWorld 911 Emergency Contact List which deals specifically with health related issues.
With the recent rash of fires in the Western States as well as the drought in much of the South, many persons are finding their animals in jeopardy. The problem is, none of us can ever tell when such disaters will strike. Hopefully this network of caring individuals will give you solace and peace of mind when disaster does strike.
